Unique opportunity to acquire forests in Finland and Latvia

The foundation Skogssällskapet, which supports forest owners in Sweden, Finland and Latvia in managing and developing their forest properties, is now selling parts of its well-managed forests in Finland and Latvia.

The forest properties for sale have a total area of 4 771 ha, divided into 3 973 ha forest area and 808 ha other land including 475 ha of agricultural land. The total standing volume is approx. 444 000 m3. The packages can be bought separate per country or as a whole package.

• Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu, Finland. Forest area 1 204 ha, standing volume approx. 120 000 m3.
  
• Western part of Southern Finland. Forest area 984 ha, standing volume approx. 121 000 m3.
• Central and Eastern part of Latvia. Forest area 1 785 ha, standing volume approx. 203 000 m3. The package includes 103 forest properties.
